We highly recommend upgrading to v2.0 to take advantage of the full pipeline for processing single particle cryo-EM data, as well as powerful new workflow features.
Configure users
Add new user
Each user in the lab should have their own cryoSPARC account so that datasets, results, etc, can be viewed separately. To add a new user, log out of cryoSPARC by clicking on the user profile. Then, click “Sign Up” and enter the new user’s information.
Settings
Access cryoSPARC Settings by clicking on the user name on the header. Users can set experiments to open in a new tab and enable notifications.
